From May 28 to June 6, a month postponement

The 21st JEONJU International Film Festival (JEONJU IFF, Festival Director LEE Joon-dong) decided to postpone to this year’s event due to the COVID-19. Through the board meeting on March 10, the Organization Committee confirmed to postponed the 21st Jeonju IFF, originally scheduled for 10 days from April 30 to May 9, to May 28 to June 6.

“Since the COVID-19 has been long, the JEONJU IFF´s committee decided to put its opening off in consideration of potentially dangerous situations for guests and audiences in the international event representing the city of Jeonju.” the organizers said.

“We will closely monitor developments related to COVID-19 and prepare for the event on full alert to operate the festival although the event has been delayed.” Festival Director LEE Joon-dong said.

The 21st JEONJU IFF is scheduled to take place May 28 to June 6 at Jeonju Movie Street and Palbok Art Factory.
