Review

From September 1973, after the military coup led by General Pinochet, the Italian embassy in Santiago has hosted hundreds of asylum seekers. Through interviews with the protagonists, Santiago, Italia tells the story of that dramatic period, during which some Italian diplomats have made possible the salvation of many human lives.
