Review

Anne is a successful lawyer raising her two daughters with her husband Peter. One day, Peter’s son from another woman comes to live with them. Anne is worried about Gustav, who is a compulsive liar, but soon they fall into a sexual affair. The situation comes to a head as the lies and hypocrisy accumulate into an explosive climax. Queen of Hearts, the most controversial film of the year, artfully draws out the subtlest feelings between its characters. [LEE Sang-yong]
