One day, Brad visits Marie and me to buy Marijuana. While they are very close to a deal, Brad goes to the toilet, finds detergent there. He thinks it is cocaine and snorts some without hesitation. Marie and I find Brad and start to think about how they can overcome this situation.
This is about marijuana trafficking. How can we respond to it? Should we understand illegal acts in this film, whether they are big or small, only because it is just a film? Is it allowed when we consider the genre? You may think these questions are nonsense. Then, the value of this film starts from here. There are three romantic characters with clear desires. Ridiculous events are manifested through a form of a dream or trivial disputes among people. The story reveals the director’s desire to stretch the film on his way. Interestingly, his passion is similar to the characters. When he tries to connect different times and spaces, you feel fun and a certain confidence. From this point, all doubts are slowly answered. This drug trafficking story disguised as a broccoli farm is filled with love to reach a dream through the mind. (SHIN Dongmin)
