In 2011, she was awarded a scholarship to study a MA at the London Film School, where she directed several shorts, all S\\ed to several international film festivals. Carla was also awarded as the emerging talent of the Women in Motion in Cannes 2018.

Dominga SOTOMAYOR

Born in 1985, Santiago, Chile. She is a writer and director. Her first feature film Thursday till Sunday (2012) and her co-directed short film The island (2013) won the Tiger Award at the Rotterdam IFF. For her latest film Too Late To Die Young (2018), she became the first woman to receive the Leopard for Best Direction at the Locarno Film Festival. Currently, she is the Visitor Professor in the Department of Art, Film and Visual Studies at Harvard University.
