A 10-year-old girl, Vanesa, disappeared 25 days ago in a small town in Spain. Her twin sister, Verónica, appears on a TV show with her mother in the same clothes that Vanesa wore when she went missing, trying to find her. People only give them consolation and go on with their own lives. Meanwhile, ardent UFO believers hold weekly meetings in this village. They want insignificant human beings to be connected with superior beings in the vast universe, and they seek salvation by evading the reality of the earth because there is no hope for society. The film shows that the more people turn away from reality, ironically, the more easily exploited by their distorted desire to treat humans as objects. It may be painful but facing reality will lead to the beginning of a small hope for society. All evil and goodness exist all around us. [Sung MOON]
