The Alleys is a debut feature by Bassel Ghandour, who studied film at USC in the United States. It is a five-part black comedy, mystery thriller, and crime drama. Ghandour is best known for producing and writing the script for Theeb, which was nominated for the Best Foreign Language Film at the 2016 Academy Awards.
