“DO NOT poop in my toilet!” Grandma Geumbun lives alone for life. Her roommate Jiwoong is a professional part-timer. A project to live with the senior who lives alone, which started to save some rent, repeats the difficulties and overcomes. Through that, they get close to each other. What will be the meaning of their room-sharing in this world with single-life hegemony?
Grandma Geumbun has an old house and lives alone. According to the local government’s room sharing project, she shares her house with Jiwoong, a college student who desperately needs room to stay. Even though Jiwoong is a kind man with good manners unlike his peers these days, it is not easy for him to get along with Geumbun who is strict and fastidious. Most of the rules like sharing the responsibility of house chores and respecting each other’s privacy are acceptable as they are rational but controlling the bowel movement is not easy to accept. They confront each other every day but the wall standing between them gets down as time goes by and the two get along well. The most important in this human drama is the actor Na Moonhee’s expression of Geumbun. This great actor blows rhythms and paints with the various colors in the story which could be a typical mediocre one. [MOON Seok]
