A girl who grew up knitting starts to knit her memories into a story.
Hanna knitted for 15 years with a crochet hook her grandmother gave her. She takes a challenge to make a Mandala Madness, the ultimate pinnacle of knitting. For her, knitting has her meditate, calming her down from unstable reality; at the same time, it reminds her of rough times. As her Mandala Madness gets in shape, Hanna thinks back on her own life and then about her grandmother, Chunja. This film finds a new meaning of knitting, which people believe to be ladies' pastime fun. Instead, it symbolized persistence, patience, and perseverance. Hanna sings and dances Chunja before the completed Mandala Madness, showing the cheerful spirit the film wants to keep forever. (JEONG Ji-hye)
