This film, one of the early shorts by Chilean director Valeria SARMIENTO, defies the unspoken rule of 1970s cinema that films must talk about politics and class conflict in a didactic yet humble manner. The short presents a group of women performing a striptease at work, showing SARMIENTO 's early establishment of the female gaze, which continues in her vast filmography.
