Overview

A visually impaired Ga-yeong and her lover Eun-jeong prepare to run a marathon using their own method but find themselves in constant conflict.

Review

One hot summer day, visually impaired Ga-yeong and her partner Eun-jeong get ready for a marathon. The two run on the blazing asphalt, keeping a distance of 50cm, neither touching nor apart. However, they get tired of all the looks and the heat from the road, leading them to avoid seeing eye-to-eye with each other. Ga-yeong and Eun-jeong can finally see eye-to-eye after mixed emotions such as irritation, resentment, and guilt toward each other. On the day of the event, they keep the 50cm distance and run, generating emotions similar to what we feel when looking at someone who finishes a race. (BYUN Gyuri)
