Dong-chan, an employee of a clothing warehouse in Dongdaemun, and Ji-pyung meet Mei Mei, a Chinese woman, at work. They spend time together and start to have feelings for each other. After Mei Mei leaves for Shanghai, Ji-pyung is taken to the head of the shopping mall association. Dong-chan goes to the boss with all his savings to save Ji-pyung.
In Seoul, the sight of the moon often stirs up emotions in people, evoking memories of past longings and sorrows. The night can be harsh and bitterly cold for them. Dong-chan is just one of the many who wander the bustling streets of Seoul after dark. As the film ends, he appears even more desolate and alone. What thoughts might have crossed his mind as he gazed at the moon that night? Was he able to catch a glimpse of it? (JUNG Jae-yeon)
