Overview

Goh Jun-chul grew up with second-handed things from a young age. As an adult, he makes his living selling used cars. Having never had anything new, he is proud of his innocent girlfriend. But he starts to understand there are more important things in life than whether things are new or used. This realization helps Jun-chul to regain both love and hope.

Review

Grounded hopes and righteous beliefs will always be correct and truthful. But the contradiction of Goh Jun-chul, who chose a job reselling used cars and decided to spend a night with a prostitute that obviously had sexual experiences but wishes the future with the other person he chooses will be different, is exposed. It is revealed like those numerous used cars discovered as the camera removed away and the lies of Yoon-ja that were shown over time. (JUNG Jae-yeon)

He majored in directing at KAFA (9th graduate class). He made his feature debut with Christmas in August (1998), which gained both commercial and critical success. He has made numerous films including One Fine Spring Day (2001), April Snow (2005), The Last Princess (2016), Forbidden Dream (2018), and more. For Go-chul is his short film.
