Wuju brings a corpse to his lover Jisu's place. At that time, Kiwan had a nightmare floating in space. He searches for articles about rocket launching every day. Wuju brings his mother Shin-ae's dead body. As the rocket launch count begins, Kiwan swells with anticipation. And Jisu receives a phone call from the dead Shin-ae.
One day, when Jisu returns home, she finds out that her ex-boyfriend Wuju has not only entered the house but also brought their friend Yungbe's body to the bathroom. Yungbe, thought to be dead due to an accident, surprisingly wakes up, but Wuju claims to have mistakenly killed him. After a while, Wuju brings his deceased mother to Jisu's house. Meanwhile, Kiwan, the owner of a chicken restaurant, has a policy of not making deliveries during rainy days and is deeply interested in a spacecraft launch. Director LEE Donku, whose previous works include Fatal, Entangled, and Fanfare, offers an intriguing story that delves into the darker aspects of human relationships. The film begins with unfathomable events and enigmatic characters, but as the story progresses, the mystery gradually unravels. The sci-fi elements in the movie strengthen the pervasive emotion of sadness throughout the film. (MOON Seok)
