Ramiro is a cook in a bar. Hernán is a technician without a job. Nora is a nurse in a hospital. Lucía is an employee in a bookstore. Four stories in a black and white city with a cloudy sky. They do not know each other. They are only inhabitants of the same city.
This film portrays four different aspects of life going through the heart of Córdoba, Argentina. Joy and sadness are tainted in melancholic black-and-white images, revealing the state of mind covering the characters' lives. About the Clouds, the second film by the young director María APARICIO creates a subtle yet beautiful and enduring portrait of everyday life in the city and the people living in it based on rigorous mise-en-scènes. As numerous outstanding artists have done so, the director tells us stories about the world by depicting scenes of her own town. (Sung MOON)
