Overview

A set of memories, a series of readings. After two hundred years as a nation, Peru has many forgotten struggles. On our bicentennial anniversary, this super 8mm film brings together activists and families and raises a compilation of speeches coming from the smaller side of history.

Review

Using a series of discourses on the political and social situation in Peru, both past and present, Colectivo Silencio creates an image of the country's current situation and historical social struggles. Voices and words to not lose memory and resist the present. After the Dust offers us beautiful images of a reality that is not so beautiful with the super 8mm. (Sung MOON)
