Born in 1986. She graduated from the Netherlands Film Academy in 2008 as a director. With her graduation film [#i_]Away[_i#] she won the Tuschinski Award and got S\\ed for several film festivals. Afterwards she wrote and directed several short and mid length fiction films such as [#i_]Lynn, From Now[_i#] On and [#i_]Flashes of Thomas [_i#]and a youth documentary [#i_]School Full of Fish[_i#]. Driven by her joy for filmmaking she decided to make an ultra low budget feature film with friends. This became [#i_]12 Months in 1 Day[_i#], her feature film debut.
