Online (mobile) ticketing is available on the festival website (http://eng.jeonjufest.kr). Visitors may use mobile tickets for direct entry without issuing paper tickets. (You can not enter with the captured image of the mobile ticket.)
Online (mobile) ticketing is available with all seats. Seats that are not sold out online can be purchased at the on-site box office. (If tickets are sold out online (mobile), on-site purchases are not possible.)
Maximum 2 tickets per 1 person can be purchased.
Pre-booking will be held from April 11 (Mon) to 21 (Thu) by e-mail application for persons with disabilities. (Please check “Notice” on the website.)
No group ticket is available under the COVID-19 quarantine guidelines.

Pre-booking (Exclusive Tickets for Jeonju Citizens)

The 23rd JEONJU IFF will operate an exclusive box office and sell 20% exclusive tickets of the total seats. The exclusive tickets are for Jeonju citizens before tickets are offered to the general public (April 15).
Exclusive tickets for Jeonju citizens are available for those who have an ID showing the current address in Jeonju or employees whose business card or proof of employment showing the workplace address in Jeonju.
You can only pay with your card at the exclusive box office.
If you want cancellation after booking a ticket, only available at the exclusive box office or on-site box office during the film festival. (Please bring your ticket and card.)

Cancellation

Cancellation Period	Up to 30 minutes before the beginning of the relevant screening
Cancellation Fee	KRW 1,000 fee will be charged if the cancellation is made on the day of the screening

The cancellation fee for a ticket cancellation on the day of the screening is KRW 1,000, and you must pay the cancellation fee first in order to process the cancellation (the fee is not charged per ticket, but per transaction).
When changing seats or payment methods after issuing the tickets, the transaction must be canceled before being reissued. In the case that the change is made on the day of the screening, the cancellation fee will be charged.
Partial cancellation (i.e. canceling 1 ticket after issuing 2 tickets) is not possible. All tickets must be canceled before being reissued.
Issued tickets can only be canceled at the on-site box office.

Refundable Period by Payment Method

When booking online (mobile), you can pay with your card or through mobile payment. When booking on-site, you can only pay with a card or with cash (E-transfers, Samsung Pay, KakaoPay, and Naver Pay are not available).

Notice

Those under 18 are not allowed into R-rated films. Even the minors who are with their parents cannot watch the movies rated for only adults and even though the age requirement is satisfied high school students are not allowed as well.
Purchased tickets can be issued paper tickets after the screening at the on-site box office.
Lost or damaged paper tickets cannot be reissued
Illegal acts such as fake tickets or purchasing at additional costs are strictly prohibited at the JEONJU IFF.
