[Ticketing Information]
Tickets are available online (mobile), and only the remaining seats will be available for purchase at the on-site ticket office.
You may purchase up to 2 tickets per screening. Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-transferrable. You may be denied admission with a transferred or exchanged ticket.
You must present a mobile ticket (ticket information) upon entering the theater. Tickets do not need to be printed. However, we do not accept screenshots of mobile tickets.

1. Recommended Browsers
We recommend using the following browsers: Chrome, Internet Explorer 11, and Microsoft Edge. It may not be possible to purchase tickets using Explore 10 or lower versions.
2. Payment Method
We accept all debit and credit cards except American Express.
3. Disabling Pop-up Blockers
Please note that all pop-up blockers must be turned off before you can make payment online or on your mobile device.
How to disable pop-up blockers:

? Explorer: Internet Browser → Tools → Pop-up Blocker → Disable
? Chrome: Internet browser → Settings (dots in the top right-hand corner) →Site settings → Contents → Unblock pop-up
※ Mobile
? iPhone: Settings → Safari → Pop-up Blocker → Turn Off
? Android: Internet browser app (Chrome) → Settings (dots in the top right-hand corner → Site settings → Contents → Unblock pop-up
4. Card Payment
We accept all debit and credit cards except American Express.
5. Ticket Type Selection
After choosing your seat, you must select the ticket type in order to proceed to the payment page. Please note that you may only select one ticket type.
