First, Gondola is set in the backdrop of a rural village in the Republic of Georgia and portrays stories revolving around the cable cars, an essential transportation for the villagers, with a warm perspective depicted without dialogue. Following that, Adios Buenos Aires set in Argentina, struggling with an economic crisis in the early 2000s. The protagonist, a shoe salesman and bandoneon player, decides to immigrate to Germany, but through a chance encounter, he ends up staying in his hometown and continuing his musical career. In the Indian comedy-drama Lost Ladies, a bride is swapped because of a bizarre incident, but with the help of people around her, the bride eventually finds her dream and her beloved husband. From Love & Revolution, which comically deals with the LGBTQ+ movement in Spain in the 1970s to Punch Drunk, which is a comical love story between Mahtab, a mother who is raising a ten-year-old son after divorcing her imprisoned husband, with her son’s karate teacher. Viewers can encounter works that provide heartwarming emotions and fun in this section.
Early Apex is a work that makes the audience give thoughts not only on sports but also on home education, and They Shot the Piano Player is a new work by the Spanish duo Fernando TRUEBA and Javier MARISCAL, who opened a new chapter in music animation with their previous work Chico and Rita(2010). This work is another masterpiece of music animation that takes viewers on a journey to traces of a Brazilian pianist during the Argentine military dictatorship era, along with a taste of the history and essence of Brazilian Bossa Nova music. Also, the documentary Vika! is about DJ Vika, who is 84-year-old, the oldest, and actively performing in Warsaw, and the documentary film Ula is about Urszula Dudziak, a Polish-born jazz vocalist who earned recognition after moving to the United States.
